The album's lead single, "Home Was Here," is available now on his YouTube channel.

Recorded at the ProMotion LLC studio in Knoxville, "Acoustic Sessions" features a mix of Saunders' original compositions alongside reimagined covers of country classics. The album includes Saunders' heartfelt interpretations of Waylon Jennings' "Rose In Paradise" and Jason Isbell's "Maybe It's Time," breathing new life into these beloved songs.

Drawing inspiration from the rich musical heritage of the Smoky Mountains, Saunders crafts authentic country music that honors tradition while speaking to contemporary audiences. His distinctive voice and storytelling have earned him a dedicated following throughout the Southeast.

"This is the most personal project I've ever created," says Saunders. "Recording these songs in such an intimate setting allowed me to connect with the music in a way that I hope resonates with listeners."

The video for "Home Was Here" captures a live performance of the song in an intimate studio space. The video highlights both the soulful authenticity and masterful storytelling that fans have come to expect from the songwriter.
