ALL DEPOSITS ARE 50% OF PACKAGE PRICES. BALANCE DUE 1 DAY PRIOR TO DAY OF EVENT

OUR GOAL: Our goal is to deliver quality management, marketing and support services and to deliver work products and services as contracted by all Clients. For this contract those services will include:

Planning and coordination of all professional services, mobilization, set-up and bookings of bands and DJ’s.
Wedding Photography per selected package
Wedding Videography per selected package
A al carte services
Entertainment
- Band talent buying from ProMotion’s Roster or independently contracted by ProMotion.
- DJ’s from ProMotion or independently contracted by ProMotion.

It takes a lot of planning, coordination and a dedicated team of people working together to effectively manage these events. Your involvement is greatly appreciated!
